Green Beauty Review — Eco Me Kits

I don’t understand the point of this line. Essentially, they give you a jar and a cloth and you supply the main ingredients. Why do I need to buy the jar and EO blend from them? I understand the philosophy but I’d enjoy it better if they offered the whole kit and kaboodle. Other reviewers seem to love it, but it’s kind of lukewarm for me. Good point that it’s not much they offer. I found this too when my friend showed me her kit, but she loved it, so I went through it with her and it’s actually pretty BRILLIANT.

It’s like a recipe kit, you get the recipes and fill the bottles like the old fashion salad dressing bottles, so it’s really easy.

The essential oil smells amazing, something like 3 or 4 kinds of scents like tea tree and lavender and others.

My friend swears by the cloth and says it takes all the nasty smears off her stainless steel cabinets and appliances.

So if you think of it as a recipe/tool set for cleaning it’s a good deal. If you can’t get paste the empty containers that you are meant to re-use then it might not be for you.

I think I may give it a whirl, since my friend’s house is really clean and smells good too.

    Ian,

Thanks for the comment! I get that it’s a recipe kit, I just want more. Maybe I’m demanding; but as it stands, it sits on my shelf until I buy the other ingredients and to recommend fully, the kit would need, for me, everything I need to get started. I mean, I’ve got water, but baking soda, vinegar… not staples in the home.

It’s a great idea, I just want the full kit and kaboodle. If you buy, please let me know your further thoughts and whether you’d recommend to a friend.
